Description

Use:
The flux is specially developed for use in SMT and small contact pitch technology in the region of 0.5 mm, 0.4 mm and 0.3 mm. Thanks to a specially developed activator and solvent system, it is virtually impossible for corrosive or conductive residues to remain on the PCB surface after soldering. The specific chemical composition also ensures exceptionally good insulation surface resistance (SIR) values. Significantly higher SIR values can be achieved by measuring at elevated temperatures and high humidity. For this reason, flux P 770 can be used for very complex electronic applications.
