Stabilised DC power supply PS-Control 21

The power supply is designed for feeding HIOS industrial torque screwdrivers. It enables continuous rotation control and regulation of rotation speed run-up. In this way i tis easier and more accurate to guide the screw into the thread. It is provided with indication of screwdriver operation and set torque attainment.

For particular screwdriver type, its correct performance must be tested. The power supply is particularly appropriate for HIOS screwdrivers of CL, CLS and alpha series.

The power supply is situated in a metallic box. Feeding lead and protective element are located on rear panel. Output plugs and indicators of operation and set torque attainment are situated on the front panel. Control elements – main switch and speed switches (R.P.M., run-up) – are also on front panel. Output voltage is stabilised with the continuous regulativ. Output current is switched via thyristor.
