Description
- Tool for removing the dross accumulated in the solder bath using the deoxidizing agents to the solder bath DEOX.
The additive for oxides separation from wet smear appearing on the alloy in soldering bath on soldering waves. It may be then utilised both for the soldering alloy cleaning during work shift, and at regular maintenance.
• Deox like an additive to soldering bath during work shift, or at prophylactic maintenance produces approximately 50 % of the wet smear weight back to the bath, namely without any change of the molten pool composition, because it removes only being diffused impurities and oxides. These,binded with Deox, thanks to the different specific weight concentrated at the surface, where they can be easily removed mechanically by modified dipper.
